Do I need a Housing Audit?
Protecting financial interests and ensuring safety are paramount in any lease transaction. Our highly trained
technicians conduct comprehensive audits that test the electrical, mechanical and structural components of
each residence. At the conclusion of the inspection, the technician presents a detailed report that itemizes any
necessary corrective recommendations as well as the estimated costs.
A modified version of the Housing Audit (Pre-Lease Inspection) is performed without charge when
conducted on a selected property as part of a Home Search.
What are the benefits ?
- Potential tenants are alerted to the true extent of any structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing
problems that would not have been otherwise apparent.
- With information gathered from the Housing Audit, the client has the opportunity to negotiate and
incorporate improvements into the lease agreement at the homeowner’s expense rather than at the expense of the

as a planning and evaluating tool for International Staff housing strategy, cost estimation, or asset
disposal planning.
